How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Eklavya account and all associated data:

1. Send an email to privacy@eklavya.me with the subject line: Delete My Data.

2. Please send the request from the same email address linked to your account so we can verify ownership.

3. If you are a parent/guardian requesting deletion of your child’s account, please clearly mention that in your email.

What Happens Next

• We will process your request within 7 business days.

• All personal information linked to the account will be permanently deleted from our systems.

• Certain non-personal, aggregated, or legally required records may be retained as necessary.

• Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
